Returns (Retail)


Bottom line, we want you to be happy with the purchases you make with us.
All returns must be in new, reselable condition with all tags/packaging - excluding defective items. We offer cash back for returns within 14 days of the items purchase date. Reciept required. Returns within 30 days are eligible for a store credit. All returns are subject to inspection and approval. If items require shipping, the shipping will be the responsibly of the buyer. Items that do not meet the requirements will be returned to buyer at buyers’ expense. Please contact us before shipping any items back and be sure to include your name and order number.




Returns (Online Orders)


Return Policy via Printful What’s your online return policy? We don’t offer returns and exchanges for our online products, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at info@goodtimesgv.com Do you offer refunds? Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at info@goodtimesgv.com with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you. Can I exchange an item for a different size/color? At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know at ibnfo@goodtimesgv.com within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund! I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do? We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at info@goodtimesgv.com within a weeks' time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible! Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please submit a problem report. The return address is set by default to the Printful facility. When we receive a returned shipment, an automated email notification will be sent to you. Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 4 weeks. If Printful's facility isn't used as the return address, you would become liable for any returned shipments you receive. Wrong Address If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable). Unclaimed Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself (if and as applicable). If you haven't registered an account on printful.com and added a billing method, you hereby agree that any returned orders due to the wrong shipping address or a failure to claim the shipment won’t be available for reshipping and will be donated to charity at your cost (without us issuing a refund). Printful does not accept returns of sealed goods, such as but not limited to face masks, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons. You hereby agree that any returned orders with face masks won’t be available for reshipping and will be disposed of. Returned by Customer It is best to contact us before returning any products. We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse. Returns for products, face masks, as well as size exchanges are to be offered at your expense and discretion. We're seeing delays in our supply chain, including distributors and shipping carriers as the entire industry is grappling with challenges. How long does it take for my order to be produced? Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. How long does my order take to ship? The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:

Where will my order ship from? We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide! How do I track my order? You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at info@goostimesgv.com. My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do? Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
  • Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
  • Ask your local post office if they have your package
  • Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them
If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at info@goostimesgv.com with your order number. If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost. Can I change or cancel my order? Once you have confirmed your order, it might not be possible to edit or cancel it. If you want to change some parameters, Customer addresses, etc., please check whether such an option is available in your account. We are not bound to make such modifications to your order, but we will do our best on a case-by-case basis. My order was lost/damaged, what do I do? The risk of loss of, damage to and title for Products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. It shall be your (if you are a User) or your Customer's (if you are a Merchant) responsibility to file any claim with a carrier for a lost shipment if carrier tracking indicates that the Product was delivered. In such case Printful will not make any refunds and will not resend the Product. For Users in the European Economic Area the risk of loss of, damage to and title for Products will pass to you when you or a third party indicated by you has acquired the physical possession of the Products. If carrier tracking indicates that a Product was lost in transit, you may make a written claim for replacement of (or credit to the Member’s account for) the lost Product in compliance with Printful’s Return Policy. For Products lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. All such claims are subject to Printful investigation and sole discretion.
